I took my mini countryman to Cambridge motorworks after being told by another garage that I should get rid of it, with no real explanation as to why or what they'd found to suggest that I should.
Blake was quick to fit me in and once he'd had a chance to look over the car, came back to me with all the details.
I know nothing about cars but he told me exactly what issues it had, what could be done to sort it out and an estimation of the costs involved. He managed to get all the work done quickly and kept me informed throughout the time he had my car, including pictures and videos via WhatsApp and always with full details of any additional costs involved.
I have never felt so trusting of a garage and now won't be taking my car anywhere else! Thank you Blake for sorting out something that could have easily been really stressful!
